No! I am paid only after successfully selling your home and escrow has closed. And no hidden fees or gimmicks!
Step 1 includes me conducting the research necessary to provide you with sufficient information to make a well informed pricing decision based on recent and current market activity in your area; review and signing of listing agreement; walk-through the home and notate it’s features; multiple marketing photo’s of the property; place lock box (is optional but included if desired).
Step 2 includes entering your property into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) exposing it to thousands of agents, and through a syndication process it will appear across the internet, including major sites such as Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow. Exposure will be plentiful. Placement of For Sale sign in yard (is optional but included if desired).
Step 3 includes me presenting all offers to you and handling related negotiations; once have an accepted offer I will get escrow opened; required disclosures will be provided to buyer; I will monitor all deadlines and important dates and ensure we stay on course; I will keep you informed of any repair requests submitted by buyer and handle related negotiations in conjunction with conferring with you; I will monitor the loan process; I will ensure buyer contingencies are removed as appropriate.
Step 4 includes closing of escrow and you receiving your funds! I am with you every step of the way. I will keep you well informed of any red flags or issues throughout the process. I am paid only after my job of selling your home is completed.
