If you are looking to sell your home, either myself or one of my fellow Arrive agents / brokers will handle the sale for the low flat fee of $8,500 on the listing side for purchase prices up to $850,000, or only 1% on the listing side for purchase prices over $850,000, while still providing the same full service I did as an agent, prior to becoming a Broker. Sellers may also be asked to pay buyer agent compensation. Commissions are negotiable.
I provide these professional flat fee, discounted commission Realtor services to residential home sellers in Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, Wildomar, Winchester, French Valley, and Riverside County, CA. My flat-fee, full service & discount Realtor programs are also available to sellers in San Bernardino County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County.
