Jeff has been WONDERFUL!!!!!!! First, his fee was a flat rate and much lower than … read more other brokers. But despite his lower fee, he gave us FULL SERVICE - actually BEYOND full service! I've bought 4 houses in the past and had 3 poor realtors and 1 OK realtor that I thought was a "good" one. But never before have I had a realtor who provides the kind of service Jeff provided. He was in constant communication with us, letting us know what was going on, what was coming next, what to expect, and helping us figure out how to negotiate each item. Even after closing, he has stayed in touch, making sure we got our money, letting the buyer's realtor know the details of things they need to know about their new house, etc. He is a spectacular communicator, and he genuinely cares about his clients. We had found a house out of state that we made a contingent offer on, and we were given an extremely short timeline for the contingency. We took that to Jeff who jumped on it immediately, sent his photographer, and got our house up on the MLS within one WEEK! We had showings the very first day, and 3 offers within the first 5 days. We had to turn away many other showings! We closed only 6 weeks later because Jeff was on top of everything - escrow, title, inspectors, everything. When we were required to schedule something ourselves, he was there to help us figure out how best to do each item. I can't say enough about what a great job he did for us! He is kind, caring, supportive and communicative. Every time I called, emailed or texted him, he answered right away! He's such a great realtor and for such a reasonable price! You can't go wrong with him for any type of property, even unusual ones!
